CerDeChromAdvanz is the next generation seven-color process designed to deliver highly accurate design reproduction with brilliant color definition through an automated color separation process. Our CerDeChromAdvanz lead-free inglaze colors were specially developed for the decoration of porcelain.

We have developed and optimized our ceramic colors to ensure that the seven-color printing process works effectively for inglaze decoration of porcelain.  This system addresses the peculiarities of decorating with ceramic colors and provides automated printed results that are much truer to the originals compared to a labor-intensive manual printing process.

Our seven-color process for inglaze colors is based on the new generation Vibrantz SKY100 range of high temperature, fast-fire, intensive colors for inglaze decoration of porcelain at a firing range of 1180°C -1220°C.

CerDeChromAdvanz lead-free onglaze colors were developed for the decoration of porcelain, bone china, vitreous china and earthenware.

This system addresses the peculiarities of decorating with ceramic colors and provides automated printed results that are much truer to the originals compared to a labor-intensive manual printing process.

The CerDeChromAdvanz four-color low metal release onglaze system works in a normal firing range of 780 – 900 °C and a fast firing range of 850 – 900 °C.

The CerDeChromAdvanz four-color printing low metal release onglaze colors have been tested according to EN 1388.1 and 1388.2 and have demonstrated a heavy metal release far below the official restrictions.

Our Carnival100 color series offers a lead-free and cadmium-free color palette designed for onglaze ceramic decoration of porcelain, bone china, vitreous china and earthenware. The Carnival100 series color range offers 23 shades for onglaze ceramic decoration and four supplementary cadmium colors, designed for a firing range from 800 °C (normal firing) up to 950 °C (fast firing). These colors offer optimum color brilliance as well as mechanical and chemical resistance at general firing temperatures from 850 to 900 °C.

Carnival100 ceramic colors are lead-free and cadmium-free with controls in place to maintain upper limits of 100 ppm lead and 600 ppm cadmium. Our cadmium-containing supplementary colors are lead-free. Vibrantz maintains and manages the heavy metal limit through careful monitoring of raw materials combined with accurate processing and continuous, precise quality control.

Vibrantz offers Azurico resistant low metal release brilliant blue onglaze colors for porcelain, bone china, and earthenware. The Azurico onglaze color range offers two blue shades that provide relatively high resistance to acids and alkalis. In laboratory tests and under industrial conditions on various substrates, the Azurico colors show no visible acid attack, but a slight alkali attack.

Vibrantz supplies antiblocking agents that are effective in reducing the stickiness of tacky covercoats, preventing ceramic decal sheets from sticking together during transit and storage. Our tack-free and tacky covercoats used in ceramic decal decoration. The tackiness behavior that results after drying is important for further processing of ceramic decals. The stickiness of a tacky covercoat is typically prevented by the use of interleaving wax paper.

In order to reduce the stickiness of tacky covercoats, our anti-blocking agents can be added directly into the covercoat, possibly preventing the use of interleaving wax paper.

The 781 color series offers lead-free and cadmium-free metallic onglaze colors designed for the decoration of porcelain, bone china, vitreous china and earthenware. This series provides 35 color shades as well as mixing white and white additive that deliver an intensive color palette used for onglaze ceramic decoration.

The 781 series of ceramic decorating colors have excellent processing properties in all conventional decorating methods including direct and indirect screen printing, spraying, machine lining and banding, and brush application.
