Vibrantz’s 221 series is an environmentally-friendly, clear, fast-dry urethane waterborne glass coating in a ready-to-use formula for spray application decoration of glass bottles and containers. This one-component organic waterborne coating system is formulated to provide a durable film with excellent glass adhesion, chemical resistance, and resistance to multiple dishwasher cycles.

Our tintable base/tint system offers 20 tint base colors and various additional decorative effects, including transparent, translucent, frost, metallic, pearlescent, neon, UV-protective, glossy or matte finishes providing decorators with an almost infinite number of design options for innovative glass decoration.

Vibrantz offers the versicolor 83CL series of lead-free container glass enamels designed for the decoration of soda-lime glass packaging, particularly single-trip non-returnable bottles where chemical durability is not an issue.

83CL series glass enamels are also intermixable, which allows decorators to mix and match their own shades for optimal productivity with minimal inventory.
