Our leadership team is highly experienced.

King brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience in manufacturing. Most recently, King was President and CEO of Pactiv Evergreen where he led a multi-year transformation that strengthened operations, improved financial performance and positioned the company for long-term growth.

Prior to Pactiv Evergreen, King held CEO roles at Graham Packaging and FRAM Group, and senior leadership positions at TI Automotive and Lear Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was awarded 24 U.S. patents for his work in product and polymer engineering.

King earned an MBA from Louisiana State University and earned both a bachelor’s and associate degrees in polymer and plastics engineering from Ferris State University.

Mikus brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the metals, mining, energy and aerospace industries. He is a proven strategic and financial business leader in all facets of business and finance with an emphasis on building shareholder value through strategic initiatives, enhancing profitability, developing domestic and international business solutions, process reengineering, and organizational development. Prior to Vibrantz, Mikus held CFO positions at Pace Industries, Liberty Tire Recycling, H-D Advanced Manufacturing, Latrobe Specialty Metals, Copperweld, and Halliburton-Dresser Equipment Group, among others. He spent the first 12 years of his career at PwC.

Mikus is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Robert Morris University.

Prior to Vibrantz, Whitney joined Prince International Corporation in 2014 and served as the company’s senior vice president and general counsel. He has over 30 years of corporate legal experience including serving as vice president, general counsel of GSE Environmental Inc., senior vice president and general counsel of GenCorp Inc., and senior counsel of Tyco International. 

Whitney received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bowdoin College and a juris doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Owenby brings more than 30 years of experience leading global manufacturing, supply chain, and operational organizations. He is known for building disciplined operating models, leading large-scale transformations, and delivering sustained, profitable growth through operational excellence and customer focus.

Most recently, Owenby served as Chief Operating Officer of Pactiv Evergreen, where he was responsible for global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering and operational functions across a complex, multi-site footprint. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Graham Packaging and held senior operations and general management roles at Nexteer Automotive, Benteler Automotive, BorgWarner Automotive, and Bombardier Recreational Products.

Owenby holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Saginaw Valley State University.

Bowlin brings more than 20 years of experience leading human resources, communications, and talent strategies for complex, global organizations. He is a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, with deep expertise in organizational transformation and people strategy.

Most recently, Bowlin served in this role at Pactiv Evergreen, supporting a large-scale global workforce and manufacturing footprint. Earlier in his career, he held senior human resources leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, where he supported global manufacturing and supply chain organizations and led enterprise-wide transformation, integration, and leadership development initiatives.

Bowlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Misquitta has spent over twenty years in the specialty chemicals industry serving in various capacities with demonstrated success in maximizing profitability and sustaining growth through integration of sales, technical and manufacturing resources. Prior to Vibrantz, he held the position of vice president and chief commercial officer at Ferro Corporation. At Ferro, Misquitta served as vice president, Americas – Asia, Color Solutions, innovation and strategic marketing from 2019 to 2020, and as vice president Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2018. 

Prior to that, Misquitta served as Asia-Pacific commercial director for Energy Storage Materials with BASF China from 2012 to 2015. He also served as vice president of Energy Storage Materials within Novolyte Technologies from 2008 to 2012. Novolyte Technologies was privately held and has over 30 years of experience in delivery of electrolytes to the global battery industry. Misquitta joined Ferro in 1999 as a senior chemist and held positions, including senior research chemist, technical marketing manager, manager of North American sales for the Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals business and global business manager for Electrolytes and Phosphines. Prior to joining Ferro, Misquitta worked at High Point Chemical Corporation in North Carolina. 

He has a bachelor of science from the University of Bombay, a doctorate in chemistry from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Blanchard brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across specialty minerals, advanced materials, and global manufacturing businesses, with a strong record of driving profitable growth, operational transformation, and portfolio evolution.

Most recently, Blanchard served as President and CEO of Brickworks North America, where he led the company’s extensive US operations. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at U.S. Silica Company, including Senior Vice President and President of Performance Materials, where he managed a global portfolio and led the transformation toward higher-value specialty products. Earlier in his career, he held global commercial and general management roles at Johns Manville and Owens Corning.

Blanchard holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Prior to Vibrantz, he served as group vice president, global operations with Ferro Corporation and oversaw the global manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain, and corporate EHS and product stewardship functions. Most recently, Bell served as vice president, Americas and Color Solutions, and prior to his relocation to the U.S., as Ferro’s president for the Asia Pacific region based in Suzhou, China. 

Throughout his career with Ferro, Bell was at the forefront of organic growth initiatives, acquisitions, geographic expansion, innovation as well as large-scale manufacturing and footprint optimization projects. He joined Ferro in 2001 through the dmc2 acquisition and held numerous general, business and commercial management roles with Ferro, Degussa, Cerdec and dmc2 in Germany, Spain, Indonesia and Thailand. 

After his professional education as an industrial manager (Industriekaufmann, IHK, Frankfurt), Bell began his career in 1988 as a management trainee for international assignments with Degussa AG, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
