Our ceramic inks for digital printing on automotive glass have proven durable in varied automotive and transportation applications worldwide. These ceramic inks are comprised of ceramic frits and inorganic pigments produced under a highly controlled production process designed to deliver high consistency in replication.

Vibrantz’s inks for digital dinnerware printing offer optimal solutions for all modern inkjet technologies used in ceramic dinnerware production. This family of colored inks displays a very broad chromatic range, suited for high-definition (400 DPI) and high-resolution print heads (GS). These inks are developed for application on unfired glaze of various ceramic materials without a reduction stage during glost firing. These inks can be applied to earthenware, stoneware, bone china and fine china.

Our SPECTRUM series of high-performance core ceramic inks used in digital printing on architectural glass offer built-in gloss and are available in seven colors: blue, green, white, orange, red, black and yellow. For complete custom colors, Vibrantz’s in-house color experts can also provide custom color matches.

These highly durable ceramic digital printing inks are fused to the glass, providing a long-lasting print. Ideal for outdoor applications, they remain colorfast over long periods and are resistant to scratches and abrasions.

The versatility and high-resolution capabilities of these inks allow for a wide range of printed images, including photorealistic images, text, variable graphics and patterns. Additionally, the look of textures like wood, grain, granite and marble can be produced with excellent results. Transparency and opacity of the print are both highly controllable which is ideal for solar control and privacy glass applications.
