What is Recruitment Fraud?

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false websites, or through fake emails claiming to be from the company.

These scams often request recipients to provide sensitive personal information and to make payments as part of the fraudulent recruiting process. They may also offer unrealistic employment opportunities to applicants and often ask for sensitive personal and financial information very early in the process, including requiring candidates to arrange travel for face-to-face interviews with a certain travel agency.

Please know that Vibrantz does not collect any financial commitment from candidates during the recruitment process and does not request sensitive personal information during the early stages of the recruitment process. Vibrantz will never pressure you into making a quick “on the spot” decision as a pre-employment requirement.
