In addition to serving as interim CEO at Vibrantz, DiSantis has been with American Securities since 2019. He co-leads their Resources Group, which assists portfolio companies with value creation by providing them with world-class talent and project support in strategy, operations, sourcing, human capital, IT, data science, finance, commercial excellence, and ESG. He works directly with American Securities portfolio company management teams on developing and implementing their strategic agendas. During his time at American Securities, DiSantis has also served as an interim CEO for CPM and Prince International (now part of Vibrantz) and interim COO at SOLV Energy.

Before joining American Securities, DiSantis was the CEO of Verso Corporation, a publicly traded paper, packaging, and pulp producer. Prior to Verso, he was CEO of H-D Advanced Manufacturing, CEO of Latrobe Specialty Metals (now part of Carpenter Technology), and President and COO of Hawk Corporation (now part of Carlisle Companies). DiSantis began his career in private equity with Bankers Trust. He is the Chairman of TPC Group, a member of the G100 organization, and serves on the Wake Forest University School of Business Board of Visitors.

He received a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Dartmouth College.

Mikus brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the metals, mining, energy and aerospace industries. He is a proven strategic and financial business leader in all facets of business and finance with an emphasis on building shareholder value through strategic initiatives, enhancing profitability, developing domestic and international business solutions, process reengineering, and organizational development. Prior to Vibrantz, Mikus held CFO positions at Pace Industries, Liberty Tire Recycling, H-D Advanced Manufacturing, Latrobe Specialty Metals, Copperweld, and Halliburton-Dresser Equipment Group, among others. He spent the first 12 years of his career at PwC.

Mikus is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Robert Morris University.

Prior to Vibrantz, Whitney joined Prince International Corporation in 2014 and served as the company’s senior vice president and general counsel. He has over 30 years of corporate legal experience including serving as vice president, general counsel of GSE Environmental Inc., senior vice president and general counsel of GenCorp Inc., and senior counsel of Tyco International. 

Whitney received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bowdoin College and a juris doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Torres-Laborde is a strategic and results-oriented human resources (HR) executive with over 20 years of international experience aligning strategy with business objectives to drive performance across diverse industries. Torres-Laborde is widely recognized as a world-class business partner with a strong track record in organizational effectiveness, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and operational leadership who brings a proactive, innovative approach to building high-impact teams in fast-pace and dynamic environments. At the heart of her leadership philosophy is a deep commitment to empowering her team and ensuring human capital remains central to every business decision.

Prior to her role at Vibrantz, Torres-Laborde served as senior vice president of human resources at Prince International from 2017 to 2022, where she led the global HR function and played a key role in driving talent and organizational initiatives across the business. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade with Alcoa/Arconic Inc., ultimately serving as global HR director, where she held various leadership roles focused on organizational development, talent acquisition, training, and embedding HR into all core business practices. She also held an early-career role at Temple-Inland, Inc., gaining foundational experience in HR operations.

Torres-Laborde holds both a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and a master’s degree in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward’s University. In addition to her executive responsibilities, she serves as an independent director on the boards of Superior Environmental Solutions and Kymera International.

Misquitta has spent over twenty years in the specialty chemicals industry serving in various capacities with demonstrated success in maximizing profitability and sustaining growth through integration of sales, technical and manufacturing resources. Prior to Vibrantz, he held the position of vice president and chief commercial officer at Ferro Corporation. At Ferro, Misquitta served as vice president, Americas – Asia, Color Solutions, innovation and strategic marketing from 2019 to 2020, and as vice president Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2018. 

Prior to that, Misquitta served as Asia-Pacific commercial director for Energy Storage Materials with BASF China from 2012 to 2015. He also served as vice president of Energy Storage Materials within Novolyte Technologies from 2008 to 2012. Novolyte Technologies was privately held and has over 30 years of experience in delivery of electrolytes to the global battery industry. Misquitta joined Ferro in 1999 as a senior chemist and held positions, including senior research chemist, technical marketing manager, manager of North American sales for the Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals business and global business manager for Electrolytes and Phosphines. Prior to joining Ferro, Misquitta worked at High Point Chemical Corporation in North Carolina. 

He has a bachelor of science from the University of Bombay, a doctorate in chemistry from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Brad serves as the Interim President of the Advanced Materials business unit at Vibrantz. In addition to serving as interim president, he has been with American Securities since 2023. Brad brings over 30 years of experience driving commercial and operations excellence, paired with multi-site manufacturing and full profit and loss leadership. He previously held CEO and president roles in specialty chemicals, additives and metals businesses, and has led global commercial teams as well as R&D and product commercialization efforts.  Prior to joining ASRG, Brad was Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Group.

Brad received his bachelor’s degree in management logistics from Florida State University – College of Business and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to Vibrantz, he served as group vice president, global operations with Ferro Corporation and oversaw the global manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain, and corporate EHS and product stewardship functions. Most recently, Bell served as vice president, Americas and Color Solutions, and prior to his relocation to the U.S., as Ferro’s president for the Asia Pacific region based in Suzhou, China. 

Throughout his career with Ferro, Bell was at the forefront of organic growth initiatives, acquisitions, geographic expansion, innovation as well as large-scale manufacturing and footprint optimization projects. He joined Ferro in 2001 through the dmc2 acquisition and held numerous general, business and commercial management roles with Ferro, Degussa, Cerdec and dmc2 in Germany, Spain, Indonesia and Thailand. 

After his professional education as an industrial manager (Industriekaufmann, IHK, Frankfurt), Bell began his career in 1988 as a management trainee for international assignments with Degussa AG, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
