In addition to serving as interim CEO at Vibrantz, DiSantis has been with American Securities since 2019. He co-leads their Resources Group, which assists portfolio companies with value creation by providing them with world-class talent and project support in strategy, operations, sourcing, human capital, IT, data science, finance, commercial excellence, and ESG. He works directly with American Securities portfolio company management teams on developing and implementing their strategic agendas. During his time at American Securities, DiSantis has also served as an interim CEO for CPM and Prince International (now part of Vibrantz) and interim COO at SOLV Energy.

Before joining American Securities, DiSantis was the CEO of Verso Corporation, a publicly traded paper, packaging, and pulp producer. Prior to Verso, he was CEO of H-D Advanced Manufacturing, CEO of Latrobe Specialty Metals (now part of Carpenter Technology), and President and COO of Hawk Corporation (now part of Carlisle Companies). DiSantis began his career in private equity with Bankers Trust. He is the Chairman of TPC Group, a member of the G100 organization, and serves on the Wake Forest University School of Business Board of Visitors.

He received a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Dartmouth College.

Turner has over 20 years of expertise as a finance executive, having held the CFO role in both public and private companies. Turner joined Vibrantz from publicly traded 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD), where he was executive vice president and CFO and led the company’s global finance organization, including the accounting, controllership, financial planning, tax, treasury and investor relations functions.

Prior to 3D Systems, Turner served as CFO at Innovative Chemical Products and prior to that, served as the global business unit CFO at Albemarle for the company’s Bromine and Catalyst business units. Before Albemarle, he held a variety of finance leadership roles at Wastequip, LLC, FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC), and Polypore International.

Turner holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management information systems from the University of South Carolina.

Prior to Vibrantz, Whitney joined Prince International Corporation in 2014 and served as the company’s senior vice president and general counsel. He has over 30 years of corporate legal experience including serving as vice president, general counsel of GSE Environmental Inc., senior vice president and general counsel of GenCorp Inc., and senior counsel of Tyco International. 

Whitney received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bowdoin College and a juris doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Laborde has been a dedicated leader in the HR field for 20 years, well known for keeping people at the core of all she does and empowering her teams to reach their full potential. Prior to Vibrantz, she served as senior vice president of human resources at Prince International Corporation from 2017 to 2022, where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s global HR function. Laborde spent a decade with Alcoa Inc. – where she was the global HR director at the time of her departure – in various HR leadership roles focused on organizational development, talent acquisition and training. She also spent three years at Temple Inland, Inc. early in her career. 

Laborde received both her bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and master’s degree in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward’s University.

Prior to Vibrantz, he joined Prince International Corporation in 2018 and served as senior vice president, global supply chain and chief information officer. Rao has over 20 years of experience in the commercial, operations, process improvement and information technology areas. In the past, he has served in executive positions at GE, Genworth Financial and Mubadala Development Company. Most recently, Rao was vice president of digital technology at Baker Hughes. 

Rao received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Anna University, a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Bucknell University, and a master’s degree in software engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Vanier has spent his career in senior manufacturing roles and transformed companies’ operations to world-class performance standards in the aerospace, construction, industrial and automotive markets. Prior to Vibrantz, he was president of Alcoa Forgings and Extrusions, vice president and general manager at Norsk-Hydro, and the chief operating officer at Alcoa Forgings and Extrusions.

Vanier has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in industrial management from Clarkson University.

Misquitta has spent over twenty years in the specialty chemicals industry serving in various capacities with demonstrated success in maximizing profitability and sustaining growth through integration of sales, technical and manufacturing resources. Prior to Vibrantz, he held the position of vice president and chief commercial officer at Ferro Corporation. At Ferro, Misquitta served as vice president, Americas – Asia, Color Solutions, innovation and strategic marketing from 2019 to 2020, and as vice president Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2018. 

Prior to that, Misquitta served as Asia-Pacific commercial director for Energy Storage Materials with BASF China from 2012 to 2015. He also served as vice president of Energy Storage Materials within Novolyte Technologies from 2008 to 2012. Novolyte Technologies was privately held and has over 30 years of experience in delivery of electrolytes to the global battery industry. Misquitta joined Ferro in 1999 as a senior chemist and held positions, including senior research chemist, technical marketing manager, manager of North American sales for the Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals business and global business manager for Electrolytes and Phosphines. Prior to joining Ferro, Misquitta worked at High Point Chemical Corporation in North Carolina. 

He has a bachelor of science from the University of Bombay, a doctorate in chemistry from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Garofalo formerly served as vice president, global commercial for Advanced Materials at Vibrantz before assuming the role of interim President, Advanced Materials. Prior to joining Vibrantz, she served as the vice president of strategic partners at Avantor, a Fortune 500 company, where she was responsible for driving strategic growth for its key biopharmaceutical and semiconductor industry customers. Garofalo also lead global research and development and production services during her 15 years at Avantor, overseeing nearly 2,000 associates at customer sites worldwide. She has also led several commercial teams in the specialty chemicals industry at VWR International, Brenntag and Ashland Chemical.

Garofalo has a Bachelor of Science in international business from Florida State University and several specialized management certificates from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.

Prior to Vibrantz, he served as group vice president, global operations with Ferro Corporation and oversaw the global manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain, and corporate EHS and product stewardship functions. Most recently, Bell served as vice president, Americas and Color Solutions, and prior to his relocation to the U.S., as Ferro’s president for the Asia Pacific region based in Suzhou, China. 

Throughout his career with Ferro, Bell was at the forefront of organic growth initiatives, acquisitions, geographic expansion, innovation as well as large-scale manufacturing and footprint optimization projects. He joined Ferro in 2001 through the dmc2 acquisition and held numerous general, business and commercial management roles with Ferro, Degussa, Cerdec and dmc2 in Germany, Spain, Indonesia and Thailand. 

After his professional education as an industrial manager (Industriekaufmann, IHK, Frankfurt), Bell began his career in 1988 as a management trainee for international assignments with Degussa AG, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
