Vibrantz Technologies’ Color Solutions business segment announces 2024 Color of the Year

HOUSTON, Dec. 6, 2023 – The Color Solutions business segment within Vibrantz Technologies recently announced its 2024 Color of the Year. The segment’s color science and commercial teams have chosen “Foggy Forest,” a tranquil grey-green hue that aims to reflect some of the calmness and rejuvenation often found in nature. This organic shade can easily be used in a variety of architectural and industrial paints and coatings applications, helping to create peaceful and relaxing spaces.

Vibrantz’s Color Solutions team releases a global Color of the Year each winter as part of their ongoing work to promote and meet future customer demand by identifying and staying ahead of market trends and encouraging broader and varied use of color in paints, coatings and thermoset plastics markets.

In January 2024, Vibrantz will unveil complementary Color of the Year palettes for North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific to better represent its global customer base. With each utilizing a “Foggy Forest” base, the four unique palettes will represent trending colors prevalent in their respective regions.
