Our automotive glass enamels for pre-firing applications are specifically formulated for a two-step firing process and allows for a wide working range. These enamels are applied to surface two and sometimes surface three of the laminate to optically hide antenna, heat conducting and sensor connections in the increasingly complex composition of laminated glasses.

The 756 series of lead-free color range of container glass enamels used in the decoration of soda lime glass packaging, particularly glass tumblers and one-way bottles. 758 Series flat glass enamels provides an intermixable color palette that can be blended with other intermediates within the color series, resulting in the widest possible color range. This allows decorators to mix and match their own shades for optimal productivity with minimal inventory.

The 757 series is a lead-free color range of container glass enamels that are used in the decoration of soda lime glass packaging, particularly multi-trip bottles. This color series provides a palette of 20 color shades specifically formulated for multi-trip soda lime glass bottles.
The 756 series is a lead-free range of container glass enamels formulated for the decoration of opal glass dinnerware and is also suitable for the decoration of some types of glass tumblers. This color series provides a palette of 15 color shades specifically formulated for opal glass dinnerware and is also suitable for a selection of glass tumblers. It is not recommended for the decoration of pressurized containers.
The 754 series of interference colors is a lead-free range of container glass enamels formulated for the decoration of opal glass dinnerware and is also suitable for some types of glass tumblers. These glass enamels provide a palette of 11 color shades that achieve an intense, bright and glossy tone when applied on dark glazes such as cobalt blue or black, specifically formulated for opal glass dinnerware and is also suitable for a selection glass tumblers. It is not recommended for or the decoration of pressurized containers. On light backgrounds, interference colors give the impression of a transparent coating that shimmers green, blue, red, or golden when viewed at a certain angle.
The 753 series is Vibrantz’s lead-containing color range of low metal release resistant glass enamels for the decoration of one-way and multi-trip glass bottles. This glass enamel series provides a palette of 14 colors formulated for the decoration of soda-lime glass packaging, specifically single-trip and multi-trip bottles.
