Organic Inks and Coatings

Vibrantz offers a wide portfolio of colors and quality options of solvent-based paints and coatings for the large array of eyeglass frame materials including polyamides and nylon-based hypoallergenic plastics such as cellulose propionate. We provide high performance 2-component clear coats designed to enhancing the surface design and quality of eyeglass and spectacle frames. They also provide outstanding resistance to environmental factors such as UV-resistance and resistance to perspiration and cosmetics.

Vibrantz offers a wide range of colors and quality options of solvent-based laser-etchable paints and coatings for plastics used in automotive interiors. Our solvent-based paints and coatings are developed specifically to fulfill the technical requirements of the automobile industry. Typical automotive interior applications include surface coatings for handles, shades, fascia, dashboards, levers, knobs, buttons and other control components of the cockpit.

All Vibrantz metal laser marking pastes are formulated to deliver permanent, high-contrast and high-resolution marks for laser marking on metal.

Our solvent-based laser-etchable paints and coatings are developed specifically to fulfill the technical requirements of delivering fine details to plastic surfaces as well as for improved functional and optical properties of plastic components.

We offer solvent-based décor paints and haptic coatings for plastics in low pigment and highly pigmented options that allow new methods of surface coating techniques designed to improve the functional and optical properties of plastic components. Available in countless colors and metallic finishes including soft, matt and high-gloss, our solvent-based paints and coatings for plastics are used to create unique and detailed custom surface finishes of plastics.

Solvent-based décor paints for plastics can be applied directly to varying surfaces and substrates.

Our screen printing ink systems for plastics are available as one or two-component inks and clear coats that are specifically formulated for a wide variety of plastics PMMA, PC, CAB, ABS, PS, PVC, PE, PA. They also can be used on paper and various metals, ceramics and glass as well as primers and coated pieces.

The exceptional chemical resistance with consistent color consistency and coverage with excellent adhesion to many plastic substrates make them an ideal choice for many automotive plastic applications. Vibrantz’s one-component screen printing inks are fast-drying inks formulated for excellent printability and weatherability. They are ideal for external applications, particularly for the back side of neon signs.

We also provide two-component fast-drying screen printing inks that offer excellent printability and weatherability, providing high quality prints for external applications, particularly for the back side of neon signs.

Our UV-curing screen printing clear coat instantly reacts to UV light, allowing for quicker drying than any other current method which increases productivity. It also results in more vibrant printed colors on a variety of substrates.

All our screen printing ink products include a wide variety of colors including whites, blacks, special effect inks, mixing systems, additives, bases and the ability to match any color possible in the spectrum.

Our SpecTruLite™ liquid paste organic inks offers decorators and designers a wide range of vibrant opaque ink colors covering the Pantone spectrum, including cadmium-free reds. We also offer other ink options, including metallic effects inks and frosts, as well as many existing commercial brand color matches.

SpecTruLite liquid paste organic inks are generally used for single-print applications, however, they can also be used along with our HTP thermoplastic inks in multi-print applications.

Our pad printing inks for plastics are available as one or two-component inks that are specifically formulated for a wide variety of plastics and other substrates. Vibrantz’s one-component pad printing inks are fast drying pad printing inks that can be applied with a thin coating thickness that offers cost savings over a spray coating decoration, providing a protective coating without loss of ink.

We also provide two-component pad printing inks that offer exceptional chemical resistance with consistent color consistency and coverage with excellent adhesion to many plastic substrates.

All our pad printing ink products include a wide variety of colors including whites, blacks, special effect inks, mixing systems, additives, bases and the ability to match any color possible in the spectrum.

We offer neon effect waterborne coatings in yellow, neon blue, neon pink and neon red available as transparent and opaque version in matt and glossy. Providing very high luminosity, neon colors work with most of our hydro organic glass coating systems including hydroglasur, hydrocont, hydrocos, as well as our croco effect coatings. Individual properties can be tailored based on the system in which the neon colors are being used.
