Plastisperse PS
Dry, low-dusting and free-flowing black colorants for BMC applications.
Plasticizer-based colorants
Plasticolors DTP, DNP and DH have been developed for plasticizer containing systems consisting of colorants suspended in DOTP (Plasticolors DTP phthalate-free), DINP (Plasticolors DNP phthalate containing) and DINCH (Plasticolors DH phthalate-free). The pigmentation provides key performance requirements such as migration-, weathering- and UV stability, non-heavy metals and cost consideration. The plasticizer-based colorants can be used in flexible PVC, artificial leather, PU/polyurea, elastomers, adhesives and sealants, flooring and thermoplastics.
Plasticolors DTP and DNP colorants integrate with automated tinting systems to help reduce colorant inventory and create blended color on demand. They are suitable for volumetric and gravimetric machine dosing.

Solar reflective colorants
These colorants enable paint manufacturers to create colors that stay cool outdoors, unlike formulations made with conventional pigments. This creates more flexibility in color choice for outdoor applications such as façade systems and industrial shipping containers.
Epoxy-based colorants
These epoxy-based colorants provide excellent compatibility and technical properties in a wide range of 2K epoxy systems. The EDC colorant technology uses a Bisphenol A type of epoxy resin, is solvent-free and is formulated with minimal additives, making its performance superior to universal technologies.
As the technology is not compromised by viscosity reduction for handling properties it has no effect on the physical properties of the epoxy systems, such as hardness, gloss and wear resistance.

Polyester-based colorants
These colorants contain organic and inorganic pigments dispersed in a monomer-free, unsaturated polyester carrier resin and provide low viscosity while maintaining high pigment concentrations.
Plasticolors CF and Auricolor PE colorants show excellent compatibility with a variety of polyester and vinyl ester molding systems and can be used for high-end and cost-efficient polyester applications. Auricolor PE is developed for high-end polyester applications and is suitable for pumping and metering in automated systems.
For gel coat tinting, the Plasticolors GTS colorants have been specifically developed for both volumetric and gravimetric dispensing, giving the end user the flexibility to utilize the colorants for in-plant or point-of-sale (POS) tinting. They demonstrate excellent compatibility with commonly used gel coat systems and consists of high-performance pigments to provide excellent weather- and lightfastness. The CF colorants are gravimetrically controlled and can also be used for tinting gel coats.
