Vibrantz offers a a complete range of media and covercoats used for indirect heat-release decoration (HR) methods to mechanically transmit ceramic decals on glass, porcelain, ceramics and enamelware. Heat-release decoration allows for high-quality screen printing decorations to be transferred mechanically, quickly and precisely.

Due to the vast number of potential applications and almost perfect reproduction of decorative patterns, Vibrantz offers a variety of heat release decoration media and covercoats for many decorating needs.

Our flowing printing media has been specifically developed for applying decorations to glass, porcelain, ceramics and enamelware.

Due to the vast number of potential applications and almost perfect reproduction of decorative patterns, Vibrantz offers a variety of flowing printing media for many decorating needs.

Vibrantz supplies flowing covercoats available in colorless and dyed options. Using a dyed covercoat can help to distinguish between different covercoats and to provide better visibility and distinction of water slide decals.  The color also allows for a better visual impression of the printed film thickness of the covercoat.

Covercoats are printed on top of the ceramic decal and are used to transfer the decal on the objects of decoration.  Our flowing covercoats (lacquers) may be processed by manual silk-screen printing as well as by automatic silk-screen printing.

We offer fixatives for use in decal application to underglaze and onglaze ceramic decoration.  Our fixatives increase the adhesion of ceramic decals on rough or porous substrates. Typical examples include decoration of frosted glass and underglaze decoration. Our fixatives are specially formulated to initiate dissolution on the underside of ceramic decals after being applied, increasing the bonding performance of the decal to the substrate. This bond helps to decrease issues that can occur during the decoration process, such as pinholes, even on problematic surfaces.

Vibrantz supplies cleaners for printing screens and indirect printing equipment.  They can be used for cleaning media, color and covercoats from printing screens, printing plates, doctor blades, printing tools, and machines use in ceramic decorating printing. Our cleaners have been specially designed for use in cleaning ceramic decoration printing equipment where Vibrantz ceramic decoration colors and materials are used.

CerDeChromAdvanz is the next generation seven-color process designed to deliver highly accurate design reproduction with brilliant color definition through an automated color separation process. CerDeChromAdvanz low metal release onglaze colors were developed for the decoration of porcelain, bone china, vitreous china and earthenware. 

We have developed and optimized our ceramic colors to ensure that the seven-color printing process works effectively with onglaze decoration of ceramic substrates. The CerDeChromAdvanz system addresses the peculiarities of decorating with ceramic colors and provides automated printed results that are much truer to the originals compared to a labor-intensive manual printing process.

The CerDeChromAdvanz low metal release seven-color system works in both normal and fast-firing conditions, at a normal firing range of 780 – 830°C, and at a  fast firing range from 850 – 900°C.  

These low metal release onglaze colors have been tested according to EN 1388.1 and 1388.2 and have demonstrated a heavy metal release far below the official restrictions.

CerDeChromAdvanz is the next generation seven-color process designed to deliver highly accurate design reproduction with brilliant color definition through an automated color separation process. Our CerDeChromAdvanz low metal release in-glaze colors were specially developed for the decoration of porcelain. 

We have developed and optimized our ceramic colors to ensure that the seven-color printing process works effectively for inglaze decoration of porcelain in a fast-firing range of 1180°C-1220°C.

The CerDeChrom system addresses the peculiarities of decorating with ceramic colors and provides automated printed results that are much truer to the originals compared to a labor-intensive manual printing processes.

These low metal release inglaze colors have been tested according to EN 1388.1 and 1388.2 and have demonstrated a heavy metal release far below the official restrictions.
