Our ForgeOx products are glass-based, engineered solutions to help process alloys that are custom-formulated to provide superior lubrication, protection against oxidation and thermal insulation. Each glass lubricant is engineered to meet the needs of the forger.

Our exothermic and insulating toppings prevent heat loss and costly shrink defects. Our slag coagulants are designed for consistent prevention of slag carryover to castings

Coatings to prevent burn-in defects without teardrops or runs.

Our anti-veining additives are engineered to effectively prevent veining and other casting defects.

Our Zircon sand insulates cores and molds with low thermal expansion properties.

Our array of ladle sands based on ladle size, mill conditions, run time, temperature and other variables create a custom approach to customer needs. Our technical service team works individually with each mill to determine what engineered product is best.

Our Ready-to-mill (RTM) porcelain enamel materials simplify the milling process. They are supplied as pre-weighed porcelain enamel frits, raw materials and pigments to specified mill sizes. We offer custom formulated RTM porcelain enamel materials to meet our customers’ final application requirements including acid resistance, alkali resistance, pyrolytic performance, color and gloss level. Pre-weighed RTM packaging is also an option.
