The NPR system is Vibrantz’s lead-free color range for the decoration of glass tumblers and tableware. NPR container glass enamels are also intermixable, which allows decorators to mix and match their own shades for optimal productivity with minimal inventory. It is recommended to perform preliminary tests before launching production with color mixtures from this system, especially for combinations of red or yellow cadmium-containing colors (as marked *) with any other colors.
Vibrantz’s specialty metallic enamels are available in System76 and System140 flat glass colors. They are ideal for many interior and exterior flat glass design and aesthetic applications. Our metallic colors exhibit versality in multiple systems enabling them to be used in large variety of flat glass applications such as appliance glass, architectural glass including spandrel panels, as well as shower screens, internal glass doors and partitions, glass tabletops, kitchen cabinets, cupboard doors and display cabinets.
Our specialty metallic effect flat glass enamels provide our customers unlimited color possibilities with the flexibility needed to satisfy specific glass color processing and market requirements. In addition to the wide color possibilities availalbe, many metallic aesthetic appearances can be applied to adjust the appearance of glass.
These colors are heavy metal-free; they do not contain intentional additions of lead (Pb), mercury (hg) and hexavalent chromium, (Cr+6).
Typical metallic glass enamels with a rough surface can be more vulnerable to dirt and difficult to clean. An added benefit of our metallic colors includes the ability to be cleaned with solvents.
LustReflex is an exciting product group of super-reflective, highly scratch-resistant decorative glass coatings which are easy to apply by screen printing and over large print areas. It enables an enormous variety of decorative, mirror-like coatings that can be created using conventional screen-print and tempering operations. They can be overprinted or combined with an additional print on the reverse side of the glass to increase the range of decorative effect possibilities including the application of mirror patterns in combination with other colors and designs. LustReflex is ideal for appliance glass designs as well as architecture and furniture glass design applications.
LustReflex screen-printable, semi-mirror coatings are chemically durable, partially transparent mirror coatings which are screen-printable and roller-coatable. These glass coatings are a cost-effective alternative to similar coatings applied by PVD (‘sputter’) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD).
Vibrantz offers forehearth colors designed as a cost-effective alternative to production of a vast range of color options usually produced in the glass tank; almost any color that can be produced in the tank can also be produced by forehearth colors.
Our conducting fine line silver pastes are specifically formulated for use with laminated and tempered auto glasses. Our low E fine-line silver pastes are ideal for the demanding performance of automotive backlight specifications, they deliver a reduction of line widths to 150µ, enhance enamel firing rates and prevent bus bar under-firing.
Our wide range of specially formulated ceramic automotive glass colors and black obscuration enamel products are designed to meet decorative specifications as well as the prevention of degradation and delamination of vehicle glass adhesive from UV light radiation required by automotive OEM and after-market industry specifications.
Our heavy metal-free enamels for automotive glass sag bending processing are specifically tailored to core requirements including a wide firing range, gloss, good opacity and maximum blackness of the color shade.
Our automotive glass enamels for for press bending are formulated to be suitable enamels for the fast firing process of press bending over standard sag bending. As press bending has become more common in the production of laminated glasses, we offer automotive glass enamels with low-to-high acid resistance for press bending with properties that encompass very good breaking strength, fast maturing and good glass-ceramic enamel anti-stick properties critical to the performance needed during press bending.
