System140 lead-free colors for flat glass are designed for a large variety of exterior glass applications including architectural glass including spandrel panels, and interior glass applications as such as appliance glass, shower screens, internal glass doors and partitions, glass furniture-tabletops, kitchen cabinets, cupboard doors and display cabinets.
Our standard silver pastes are specifically formulated for use with laminated and tempered auto glasses. Silver pastes contain between 50 and 80% of silver and are used for line widths between 500 up to 1000µm.
System140 Plus offers a palette of lead-free cadmium colors for flat glass in bright shades of red, orange and yellow. System140 Plus glass enamels are designed for a large variety of exterior flat glass applications such as architectural glass including spandrel panels, and interior glass applications such as appliance glass, shower screens, internal glass doors and partitions, glass tabletops, kitchen cabinets, cupboard doors and display cabinets.
Our s1de ONE glass enamels are fully intermixable lead-free colors formulated for first surface applications where the decoration is applied to exterior surfaces that are directly exposed to the elements. s1de ONE enamels offer extremely high chemical and weathering resistance compared with traditional flat glass enamels.
The PR system is Vibrantz’s lead-containing color range of glass enamels for the decoration of borosilicate glass packaging. PR system colors are intermixable, which allows decorators to mix and match their own shades for optimal productivity with minimal inventory. It is recommended to perform preliminary tests before launching production with color mixtures from this system.
Our non-conductive lacquers include silver lacquers that only require air drying to provide a conductive film.
The scratch resistance of non-fireable pastes is not as high in comparison to the fired silver pastes; however, these films are sufficiently adherent and durable to make minor repairs to fired resistance elements of heated rear windows.
The NPR system is Vibrantz’s lead-free color range for the decoration of glass tumblers and tableware. NPR container glass enamels are also intermixable, which allows decorators to mix and match their own shades for optimal productivity with minimal inventory. It is recommended to perform preliminary tests before launching production with color mixtures from this system, especially for combinations of red or yellow cadmium-containing colors (as marked *) with any other colors.
Vibrantz’s specialty metallic enamels are available in System76 and System140 flat glass colors. They are ideal for many interior and exterior flat glass design and aesthetic applications. Our metallic colors exhibit versality in multiple systems enabling them to be used in large variety of flat glass applications such as appliance glass, architectural glass including spandrel panels, as well as shower screens, internal glass doors and partitions, glass tabletops, kitchen cabinets, cupboard doors and display cabinets.
Our specialty metallic effect flat glass enamels provide our customers unlimited color possibilities with the flexibility needed to satisfy specific glass color processing and market requirements. In addition to the wide color possibilities availalbe, many metallic aesthetic appearances can be applied to adjust the appearance of glass.
These colors are heavy metal-free; they do not contain intentional additions of lead (Pb), mercury (hg) and hexavalent chromium, (Cr+6).
Typical metallic glass enamels with a rough surface can be more vulnerable to dirt and difficult to clean. An added benefit of our metallic colors includes the ability to be cleaned with solvents.
