Ready-to-mill porcelain enamel materials
Our Ready-to-mill (RTM) porcelain enamel materials simplify the milling process. They are supplied as pre-weighed porcelain enamel frits, raw materials and pigments to specified mill sizes. We offer custom formulated RTM porcelain enamel materials to meet our customers’ final application requirements including acid resistance, alkali resistance, pyrolytic performance, color and gloss level. Pre-weighed RTM packaging is also an option.
Porcelain enamel screening-decoration pastes and powders
Porcelain enamel is available as pastes and powders formulated for screen printing and decoration applications to provide highly decorative finishes with all the benefits of a porcelain enamel coating. Our porcelain enamel pastes and powders are ideal for cookware, appliances, architectural panels and signage. Porcelain enamels can be formulated for specific properties including chemical resistance, heat resistance and color fastness. Vibrantz porcelain enamel pastes and powders can also provide a finish that makes graffiti easier to remove. These can be applied by screen printing, total transfer process used in the preparation of decals or application via digital printing.
Ready-to-use (RTU) porcelain enamel cover coats and ground coats for appliances
Our RTU porcelain enamel cover coats and ground coats for appliances are “cake-mix” powders, ready to be reconstituted with water. Once mixed with water, the porcelain enamel can be sprayed on to steel and fired at about 1490°F (810°C) to 1560°F (850°C) and fuse into a highly durable porcelain enamel coating.
